Arrest Made in Early Morning Search Warrant
On April 15, 2023, at 7am, Officers with the Coalinga Police Department served a search warrant in the 600 block of South Coalinga Street in the City of Coalinga.
The search warrant was served on 25-year-old Coalinga resident, Samuel Krueger. Officers seized several electronic devices which will be submitted to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) Team to retrieve electronic and digital evidence involving Krueger having unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
He was also arrested for and booked into Fresno County Jail for Rape of a Drugged Victim and unlawful Sex with a Minor Under 16-Years of Age.
Krueger was later transported and booked into the Fresno County Jail for charges of Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Minor and Sodomy with a Person Under 16. Unconfirmed reports state that Krueger is suspected of having more than two victims of varying ages.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
