New Housing Segment Proposed

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on December 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the Planning Commission of the City of Coalinga will hold a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting at the City Council Chambers 155 West Durian, Coalinga for the following purpose:

To consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding the approval of a Tentative Parcel Map Application for Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 083-090-51, to subdivide the existing approximate 50.48 net acre property into one (1) residential zoned parcel and one (1) remainder parcel. The purpose of this request to subdivide the parcel, is to allow for the property owner to sell the residential single family zoned parcel of land to a prospective residential developer, consistent with the Subdivision Map Act. The project is currently designated for Residential Single Family land use by the Coalinga General Plan and zoned as RSF (Residential Single Family).

All interested persons are invited to appear at the time and place specified above to give testimony regarding the proposed action listed above. Written Comments may be forwarded to the City of Coalinga Community Development Department, attention Sean Brewer, Assistant City Manager at the address listed above.
