By Mary Blyth Jones After more than a year of being dry, Coalinga’s Sisk fountain is repaired and running in front of Coalinga City Hall on Durian Street. The fountain was a commemoration of the Coalinga oilfield water importation project in 1972 when the California aqueduct brought potable water to the city.
