BE ON THE LOOK OUT

On Wednesday September 15, 2021, the Coalinga Police Department responded to the 500 block of Washington Street, 200 block of E. Sacramento Street, 200 block of E. Houston Street and the 500 block of Malibu on the report of thefts.

Sometime through out the evening of September 15, 2021, suspects went to all four locations and stole the catalytic converters form all four Honda vehicles. One of the location the victim observed a light color sedan leaving the area but was not able to see the occupants or a license plate. The victim did say the vehicle looked like a Hyundai.

Over the last several months the cities of Fresno and Lemoore have seen a rash of these thefts. It is unknown if the suspects in the Coalinga cases are related to the cases in Fresno and Lemoore.
