The Lady TOADS quest lives on. With a third place seed in Division V CIF, they are hosting Western Christian high School of Upland California (located just north of Ontario in southern California) Tuesday night, February 26. If they win that game, their next game will be on Thursday – again, at home in CHS Gym.

It was a tough game on the court at Selland Arena Friday afternoon as Caruthers’ girls basketball team met Coalinga’s Horned Toads. The final score had the Toads at 44 and Caruthers at 56. The Lady Toads will now play in state CIF finals for Division V.

With a #3 seed for their larger section in CIF, the Lady Toads will take on Western Christian from Upland, California (near Ontario, Southern California). Western Christian’s record this season is overall 19-8 with league 8-6. The Lady Toads’ record this year is overall 25-4 with a league record of 10-0.

The game will be Tuesday, February 26 at 7 PM in the Coalinga High School Gym. If they win that game, their next one will be in the gym on Thursday night, also at 7 PM.
